"I had a glass claim on a Tesla that required both the windshield and the back glass to be replaced. After a month long dance with the recommended shop, Safelite, they finally said they couldn't complete the work because they couldn't get the glass necessary to fix my car. That's when Cassie K. stepped in. She was able to help me get my car fixed through Tesla so fast. It all happened within a week. She was so efficient in her inital email to me with advice on who to email and what info to include in order to push my payment through for a shop that doesn't work directly with Statefarm. I'm not sure my claim would have processed as fast without her advice.
We emailed back and forth over status of payment and an additional payment for tinting the new glass which also went smoothly. She always responded within 24 hours. I had a great experience with her. Thank you so much, Cassie!"
